JACKSON: Audrey Louise (nee German) - A resident of Chatham, Audrey Jackson passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance - Chatham Campus surrounded by her family on Monday, February 6, 2017 at the age of 79. Born in Woodstock, Audrey was the daughter of the late Henry and Gertrude (Shrimpton) German. Beloved wife of 60 years to Clifford Jackson. Loving mother of Brian Jackson (Rose) of Leamington and Darlene Breschetti (Claudio) of Chatham. Proud Gramma of Derek Breschetti (Tiffany) of Wallaceburg, Julie Jackson of Chatham and Duane Breschetti (Jessica) of Chatham. Great-Gramma of Cohen McTavish. Dear sister to Irene Volkes of Chatham, Harvey German (Ruth) of Chatham, Margaret McLennan of Winnipeg, MB and Gary German (Barb) of Chatham. Predeceased by her sister Ellen Chapman (late Lloyd). Also missed by friends and extended family. Audrey retired from Siemens after working in the office for 19 years. She enjoyed her membership with the Anglican Church Women and the Women of the Moose. Audrey will be remembered for the love she had for her family. As per Audrey's wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family interment to be held at Christ Church, Chatham at a later date. Special thanks to the staff on the 4th floor of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance as well as the C.C.A.C. and the V.O.N. (in particular, special caregiver Angela) for their care and compassion.
