Obituary of Margaret Pierrette Klinard

KLINARD: Margaret Pierrette (nee Battistel) - A resident of Chatham, Margaret Klinard passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the age of 88. Born in France, Margaret was the daughter of the late John and Jean (Grando) Battistel. Beloved wife of 48 years to Marian Klinard (1998). Very loving mother to Mike Klinard (Connie) and Dan Klinard (Kelly), both of Pain Court. Proud Grandma to Katie, Heather, Gregory and Laura. Dear sister to Rose Janonat of France. Predeceased by her three brothers Bortolo, Tranquillo and Honorato. Sister-in-law of Antoinette Grzebien, Jenny Klinard, Alfred Klinard, Raymonde Battistel and Madeline Battistel. Predeceased by brothers-in-law Stanley Grzebien, Ted Wozniak, Henry Klinard and sisters-in-law Lucette Klinard and Wanda Wozniak. Also missed by nieces, nephews, many friends and extended family. Margaret enjoyed her time with her friends playing Pepper at the Active Lifestyle Centre in Chatham, gardening and her long daily walks. More than anything, Margaret loved spending time with her grandchildren. As per Margaret's wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family interment to be held at Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date.
