McKinlay Funeral Home invites you to attend A Roadmap Through Grief, an informal information session designed to help you better understand grief and what it can look like over time.

This session is not a counselling or healing group. Instead, it is an opportunity to:

• Learn about common grief experiences
  
• Better understand what is considered normal in grief 
  
• Gain perspective on how grief can change over time
  
• Feel more oriented and informed about the road ahead.
  

This complimentary session will be facilitated by a Registered Social Service Worker. There is no expectation to share personal experiences, and attendance is simply about learning in a supportive, relaxed setting. Refreshments will be provided.
