We were blessed to be friends with your parents, in Florida, at Gold Tree. We attended functions in the clubhouse with them, and Rocky golfed with your dad. Keep all those happy memories in your heart. Rocky and Ann Fiorelli

Lamond Family I had the pleasure of teaching with Bill at Tecumseh Secondary. I always enjoyed hearing of his time in the military. He was so good with his students, and his perspective on life was always positive. Lynn McCurdy

To the Lamond family - my condolences to you at this time . Losing a father and mother in such a short time must be difficult. I got to know your family through Eastern Star, and they were the finest and happiest, and most helpful people i have ever met. Somehow, i did a lot of lunches for those groups, and ALWAYS your dad would meet me at the door and carry things up and down for me, and he did it because he knew I probably needed help at the end of a day . At the end of a day it was so appreciated. That was your dad, and after it was over, your dad, and if it was Eastern Star, your dad and mom slip in to make certain that i had some help to clean up and carry back up and out. That was your parents. You were blessed. Sincerely, Shirley Clark

To the Lamont family. Deepest condolences on your loss. Your family has endured a great deal of loss over the past year. I’m sure it’s been a difficult journey. We share fond memories of times over the backyard fence and all the fun times ! Your parents were always kind and generous neighbours! Sincerely. Anita Mallette-Snobelen

I have so many memories of Bill and Shirley and the kids it's hard to pick just one. Mostly I just remember my mom Mae McBeth and Shirley and all of their antics and Bill and my dad Jack just shaking their heads . Most memories that I recall were when we lived at portage La prairie together and then at Base Borden.I feel very fortunate to have had a visit (as an adult)with Shirley within the last 10 years at the Barrington with my mom I don't know where bill was then ...probably in the car. Bill lived a good life and he did it his way .That makes me smile As Dad would say nobody gets out of here alive .Judy and Doug please accept our condolences and pass them along to your family as well. Thinking of you all Bonnie Forgrave Mcbeth
