Dear Cheryl, Chrissy and DawnAnn We are all saddened with the news of your mom's passing. So many memories from growing up with our good neighbours on Tweedsmuir - the pool, our sailing and houseboat vacations with Marg & Larry and Sandra & Mervin, those Help me Rondeau parties, our haunted house at Halloween - Marg was the best witch ever! and so many more fun times and laughs over the years. Marg was the kindest, loving, talented and most generous person we've ever had the luck to know. Our hearts are with you all. Love Brenda, Gary, Colin, Scott & Christine

Cheryl, Chrissy and Dawn, we are so sorry for your loss in just a few months. You have been outstanding daughters in caring for your mom and dad during very difficult times. Your mom could remember and deliver the best jokes as well as retell an event in humourous ways. She was a great cook and everything she made was delicious. Marg & I ( mostly Marg) prepared a few meals for the Caring Kitchen. We did have a few laughs mostly because one of us was far less experienced in preparing large meals. As mentioned before she was the life of the party, had a great smile and laugh and someone who people wanted to be around. Marg will be missed but now at peace and happily reunited with Larry. Jim and Janet

We would like to extend our deepest and most sincere condolences on the loss of your dear mother. She was definitely an amazing woman. Your parents were great neighbors (Lynnwood Ave) and we enjoyed our get togethers for cards or just a visit. This world is just a little bit darker without your mother's big smile and her gregarious laugh! I know that your parents are together again and resting in peace! Bob and Heather O'Brien

Cheryl, Doot, and Chrissy, Your mother was spectacular! "She shines bright like a diamond". Her laughter, love, and energy was insurmountable. She loved her three grown girls and her four little girls fiercely. They and her grandbabies plus Larry were her world, and oh what a wonderful world it was. Not perfect, or without obstacles, but joyful, happy and so full of life. Marg lived life to the fullest. She grabbed life by the balls and shook it up. Her energy, work ethic and true love of her family and friends was evident everyday. She married the love of her life, who can say that? Marg and Larry were a true love story. When I was little they showed me what a true couple should look like. I will always cherish my time with them. The world has lost a true gift, but Larry gets his Margaret back...and maybe that is meant to be. I loved you Marg. I have known you as long as I've known my own name. I will miss you. You taught me a great deal. I will never forget it. May you and Larry throw a party in Heaven, see your brother, mom and dad again. If you do, there will be loud music, laughter and so much fun. You were all that is good with the world. Good bye Marg. Till we meet again.
