For all the love that Aunt Shirley always used to show towards animals. After all, they are humans and would like to be treated with love, compassion & care.

Dear Joanne and Laurie, Sue and I would like to express our deepest condolences to both of you and your respective families following the passing of your beloved mother Shirley. Aunt Shirley was a wonderful woman who always displayed a wam smile and always had a big hug for you regardless of how long it had been since we had seen her. Aunt Shirley was indeed a great cook.I was lucky enough to sample Aunt Shirley's cooking on many visits to the Cadillac Hotel in Blenheim when I was teaching there from 1986-1993. I was proud to tell everybody that the great food we were eating was Aunt Shirley's. Aunt Shirley was well respected and loved by those of us who were fortunate enough to know her during her lifetime. May she rest in peace. Love, Dennis and Susan Dutry
