Repple: Walter Otto -

A resident of Chatham-Kent, Walter Repple passed away surrounded by family and friends at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance - Chatham Campus on March 26, 2025 at the age of 93.

Born in Soellingen, Germany, Walter was the son of the late Otto and Luise Repple (née Mueller). 

Cherished father to Sonja Repple (the late Gus), and Ute Repple (Dennis), remembered by their mother, Brigitta. Dear father to Harmut Repple (Anja), Senta Repple, and Armin Repple (Claudia).

Loving grandfather to Jonathan, Isa, Colin, Jano, Milo, Benjamin, Dominic, Rahel, Tobias, Myriam, and Fabian.

Always remembered by his feline friends Maxi and the late Moritz.

Walter was a talented musician playing guitar and zither. Walter began his career in Germany as a mechanical engineer, specializing in thermodynamics and turbo machine design. He was a student of history, music, and science. 

As per Walter's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
