Obituary of Gerry Kirkwood
Kirkwood: Jerrold James -
A resident of Chatham, Jerrold Kirkwood passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on October 21, 2025 at the age of 87.
Born in London, Gerry was the son of the late Clarance and Elsie (née Smith) Kirkwood.
Father to Debbie, Catherine and predeceased by son Alfred.
Gerry will be deeply missed by good friend Betty Holland and all his Park Ave friends, along with many nieces and nephews.
Gerry loved photography, he turned his passion in to a successful career working for the London Free Press. He enjoyed moose hunting up north with his friends.
Gerry's wishes were to be cremated.
Donations made in memory of Gerry to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
