Normandin: Joan Phillomina (Nee Van Kerkhoven) -
A resident of Chatham, Joan Normandin passed away at Meadow Park Nursing Home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the age of 88.
Born in Fletcher, ON, Joan was the daughter of Peter and Eliza (nee De Bruyn) Van Kerkhovan.
Beloved wife of the late Roland Normandin.
Survived by her sons Joseph (Darlene) Normandin and Michael (Donna) Normandin and daughter Laurie Normandin. Proud grandmother of Jake, Chelsee, Gabriell, Aaron, and Eric. Great-grandmother of 3. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by her sisters Corey, Mary and brother Kirk.
Friends will be received at the Funeral Home 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 180 Wellington St. W., Chatham on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery, 75 Maple Leaf Dr., Chatham.
Donations made in memory of Joan to Alzheimer's Society of Chatham would be appreciated.
