Moody: Cynthia Anne (née Laprise) -
A resident of Leamington, Cynthia Moody passed away peacefully at home on December 20, 2025 at the age of 68.
Born in Chatham, Cynthia was the daughter of the late Nelson and Margaret (née Countryman) Laprise.
Loving mother to Derrick Dozois (Kim) and Matthew Dozois (Edgar).
Grandma to Morgan Dozois and Meagan Dozois.
Sister to Peggy Coles, Sherry Farquhar and predeceased by sister Brenda Faye Laprise (2011).
She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham, on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 from 10:00am - 12:00pm, the Funeral Service to celebrate Cynthia's life will start at 12:00pm with an Interment to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
Donations made in memory of Cynthia to the Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy or Windsor/Essex County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
