MARTIN: Marguerite Louise
A resident of Chatham, Marguerite Martin died peacefully on December 9, 2025 at University Hospital in London, Ontario.
Born in Aalst, Belgium on March 7, 1933, daughter of the late Jerome and Amandine (Kelders) Dufloucq.
Immigrated to Detroit, Michigan in 1937. She fell in love with her beloved soul mate Paul Martin, and married on November 15, 1952 in Grande Pointe, Ontario Canada.
Loving mother of Suzanne and Tom Clancy, Diane and Bob Devolder, Richard Martin, and Marianne and Paul Hebert.
Grandmother of 9 and many great-grandchildren.
Survived by her sister Emilie Karczewski (late Richard), and her nieces Lorraine Bond (late James) and Paula Glidden (Scot).
In keeping with her wishes, family will gather at St. Philippe Cemetery, Grande Pointe for interment at a later date.
