A resident of Blenheim, and formerly of London and Toronto, Francisca Pagcaliwangan passed away at the Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus with family at her side on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at the age of 64.
Born in Dumaguete, The Philippines Francisca was the daughter of the late Domingo and Petronila (née Alas-As) Suganat.
Beloved wife of 39 years to Henry Pagcaliwangan.
Devoted and caring mother to Marc Pagcaliwangan (daughter-in-law Caroline), Joshua Pagcaliwangan, Daniel Pagcaliwangan and her canine son Nick.
Loving Lola to Ivy and Joseph Pagcaliwangan.
Francisca enjoyed her career as a Personal Support Worker at Dearness Home in London and retired after over 25 of service.
She will be remembered for her boundless love.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 5:00 - 9:00pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 12:00pm. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
Donations made in memory of Francisca to the J.I.L. Filipino Church would be appreciated by the family.
