Lisa Jean Kerr
August 1, 1966 - March 15, 2026
A resident of Chatham, Lisa Kerr passed away at the Chatham-Kent Alliance, Chatham Campus on Sunday March 15, 2026 at the age of 59.
Born August 1, 1966 in Chatham, Lisa was the daughter of the late Thomas and Betty (nee Knights) Kerr.
Cherished sister of Karen Olech (Dan) of Oakville, Jacqueline Kerr (Bob) of Windsor and Christine Demers (Bob) of Hamilton.
Lisa will be deeply missed by her Community Living community as well as many friends and extended family.
Lisa will be remembered for her smile, and her love of pizza and donuts. Lisa loved getting together with family, and participating in the excursions organized by Community Living. In her younger days she enjoyed bowling and music, and participated in the Special Olympics. The family wishes to thank the staff and residents of Chatham Community Living for the love and care shown to her over the years.
Family will receive friends at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, Tuesday, March 24 2026 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Interment to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
