A resident of Chatham, Bob Blair passed away at his home on August 3, 2026 at the age of 75.
Born in Chatham, Bob was the son of the late Reginald and Alice (née Bonneau) Blair.
Beloved husband of 54 years to Denise (née Jubenville).
Loving father to Stephanie Blair.
Brother to Ron Blair, Marc (Bonnie) Blair, and John Blair.
Brother-in-law to Laura Archibald (the late Glen), Wanda Caplings (the late Ray), Pauline (Pat) Hamilton, Carol (Leo) Caron, Norton (Liz) Jubenville, and Stuart Jubenville.
He will be missed by extended family and friends.
Bob worked as a labourer at Siemens for many years and retired when he was 47. He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Bob was a loyal member of the Dover Rod and Gun Club. He always loved his daily cruises out in the country.
As per Bob's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Bob to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Dover Rod & Gun Club, or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
