Kaspar: Petronella (Nelly) Johanna (née Strik) -
A resident of Chatham, Nelly Kaspar passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on January 10, 2026 at the age of 71.
Born in Chatham, Nelly was the daughter of late Frank and Josephine (née Pigmans) Strik.
Beloved wife of the late Ron Kaspar.
Loving mother of Jennifer Mallett (John), Lorrie Kaspar (Scott Lozon) and Brian Kaspar (Crystal Bolohan). Proud grandmother of Aiden and Emalyn. Will be sadly missed by brothers Joe (Gloria), Michael (Kathy), Frank, John (Patti) and sister Annie Stone (the late Harold).
Predeceased by her sister Mary Kestelyn (the late George).
Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Nelly's life will take place at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Nelly to The Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
