Obituary of Doris Bruette

BRUETTE: A resident of R.R.#2 Tilbury, Doris Bruette passed away at Riverview Gardens, Chatham on Thursday, June 22, 2006 at the age of 82. Born in St. Thomas, daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Cole) Bebbington. Beloved wife of George A. Bruette for 58 years. Dear mother of George and Sadie Bruette of R.R.#2 Tilbury, Maryanne Bruette of R.R.#2 Tilbury, Kathleen and Michael Goldhawk of Florida, Ed and Diane Bruette of Chatham, and Pat and Pat Bruette of R.R.#2 Tilbury. Grandmother of Bernadette, Barbara Ann, Kathi, Kristine, Jaclyn, Kristen, Megan, Renee and Michael. Great-grandmother of Mitchell and MacKenzie. Sister of Joseph and Gladys Bebbington of Bramalea, and sister-in-law of the late Anita Bessette and her husband Toby of Windsor. Doris was a graduate of St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing (1945). She was a retired Registered Nurse and devoted mother to her whole family. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Saturday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Tilbury East Township on Monday, June 26, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Chatham.
