Obituary of Lylamae Doan

DOAN: Lylamae. With quiet strength and dignity, surrounded by the loving arms of family and friends, Lylamae Doan passed away peacefully at home in Rondeau Park on Friday, September 15, 2006. Despite her own illness, she always put others before herself. She will be sadly missed by her best friend and husband Elvyn Doan, their children Gord and Tom McKenzie of Calgary, Lorraine and Russ Ouimette of St. Thomas, Ruth and Dan Huckle of Shrewsbury, Pauline and John Hinds of Newcastle, Suzanne and Dan Lozon of Merlin, Kathie Wingrove Smith and Carl Smith of Morpeth, and Patty Crow of St. Thomas. Also missed by her grandchildren Anna, Joey, Lisa, Joel, Jaimee, Joey, Lacey, Jonah, Miranda, Eric, Ashleigh, Trish, Danni, Julia, and Benjamin, and family adapted along the way, Shirley, Laurie, Miranda, Dakota, Scott, Frankie, Rushel, Sue, and Liz. Dear sister of Earl Neeb and his children Ricky, Lisa, and Tanya. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held in Morpeth Cemetery on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Donations to Epilepsy Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
