Obituary of Fredrick Arthur Gibbs

GIBBS: Fredrick Arthur, A resident of Stoney Point, died on Friday, October 6, 2006, at Chez Nous Lodge, at the age of 85. Born in Sarnia, son of the late Fredrick Arthur and Elizabeth (Mazwick) Gibbs.Brother of six sisters and two brothers. He is survived by close friends Cindy and Mike Vince of Chatham. Fredrick devoted many years working in building construction all his life. Visiting will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2006 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, from the Funeral Home, with Rev. Dr. Marg Moriyama officiating. In lieu of flowers, Fredrick has asked that memorial donations be made to the War Amps, Hip-Hip-Hooray Chatham Kent Foundation, or the Chatham Kent Family Services Salvation Army- Food Bank.
