Obituary of Helen White

WHITE: Helen M. (nee Armstrong). A resident of Chatham, Helen White died peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family on Monday, October 9, 2006 at the age of 74. Born in London, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Armstrong. Loving mother of STEPHEN White and Mary Jo Bagnato of Toronto, ANDREW White and Judi McMichael of Goderich and predeceased by CHRISTINE White. Proud grandmother of SARAH Lauren Elizabeth White. Sister of Bill and Maureen Armstrong of St. Catharines and sister-in-law of Dr. Hub White and Sue Peters of Chatham. Predeceased by her husband G. Stuart White. Also survived by several treasured nieces and nephews. Helen will be remembered as a vital contributor to her community and an inspiration to all who were priveleged to know her. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Service to be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2006 at the Funeral Home.
