Obituary of Bernice Lusk

LUSK: Bernice H. A resident of Chatham and formerly of Dover Township, Bernice Lusk passed away at Riverview Gardens, Chatham on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at the age of 94. Born in Sheffield Township, Lennox & Addington County, Ontario, daughter of the late Adam and Mamey (McGuire) Kennedy. Beloved wife of the late Joseph G. Lusk (1998). Dear mother of Reta Pyke and her husband Tom of Ancaster, Ilene Stewart and her husband Keith of Chatham Township, and Gary Lusk and his wife Judith of London. Grandmother of 11, great-grandmother of 20, and great-great-grandmother of 2. Sister of the late Lenora Harris, Art Kennedy, Fred Kennedy, Clarence Kennedy, and Eddie Kennedy. Sister-in-law Mabel Lusk of Chatham. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lusk farmed most of her life with her husband in Dover Township until retirement. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Thursday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
