Obituary of Stanley Lacina

LACINA: Stanley, A resident of Chatham and formerly of Tupperville, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2006, at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance, at the age of 82. Born in Chatham, loving son of the late Frank and Francis (Brecka) Lacina. Beloved husband of Mary (Zak) Lacina. Loving father of Paulette Jolley & Michael, of Victoria B.C., John & Sharron Lacina, of Prescott, and Donald & Judy Lacina, of Arthur. He will be sadly missed by grandsons Martin Lacina and Kurtis Lacina. Brother of Mary McDonnell, Lillian Palanek, and Emily Otrhalek. Stan worked for Mac Consrtuction as Supervisor for many years. He was a veteran of the Second World War, serving as a member of the Royal Air Force overseas. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., on Friday, November 24, 2006 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2006, at the Funeral Home. Interment at Dresden Cemetery. Memorial donations made by cheque to the Chatham Kent Health Alliance or to the C.C.A.C. are welcomed.
