Obituary of Lawrence Sandstrom

SANDSTROM: Lawrence E. A resident of Chatham and formerly of Minnedosa and Stonewall, Manitoba, Lawrence Eric Sandstrom passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham, Ontario on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the age of 70. Born in Minnedosa, Manitoba, dear son of Mrs. Grace (Sykes) Sandstrom of Minnedosa, Manitoba, and the late Eric Sandstrom. Beloved husband of Donna (Morgan) Sandstrom. Predeceased by infant daughters Janet Laurie Sandstrom and Cynthia Dawn Sandstrom. Brother of Audrey and Barry Donnelly of Calgary, Alberta, Mervin and Diane Sandstrom of Minnedosa, Manitoba, and Michael and Leslie Sandstrom of Minnedosa, Manitoba. Brother-in-law of Dorothy and Harry Melhuish of England. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Friday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Memorial Service will be held at Gregory Drive Alliance Church, Chatham on Saturday, December 30, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Cremation with interment in Minnedosa, Manitoba to follow in the spring.
