Obituary of James Leonard Leatherdale

LEATHERDALE: James Leonard (Len). A resident of Ridgetown and formerly of London, James Leonard (Len) Leatherdale passed away at the Village Long Term Care Residence, Ridgetown on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at the age of 89. Born in Howard Township, son of the late Orville and Beulah (MacBrayne) Leatherdale. Beloved husband of the late Emily (Taylor) Leatherdale (2001). Father of the late Kenneth Lorne Leatherdale (1966). Brother of Phyllis Jeffords of Ridgetown, Jack Leatherdale of Hamilton, and the late Glen Leatherdale (1984). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Len served in the R.C.A.F. for many years until his retirement. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Donations by cheque to the Village (Ridgetown) or V.O.N. would be appreciated.
