LIPPERT: Alice Margaret. A resident of Ridgetown and formerly of Highgate, Margaret Lippert passed away at New Beginnings Rest Home, Ridgetown on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the age of 85. Born in Cobourg, daughter of the late Robert and Ellen (Shaw) Wade. Beloved wife of the late Harry Lippert (1987). Dear mother of Carl Lippert and his wife Heather of Howe Island, Earl Lippert and his wife Betty of Bayfield, Doreen Mills and husband Dan of Chatham, Gail Menard and husband Marcel of Highgate, Pat McEachran and Mike Swistun of Chatham, Wendy Zoldy and husband Ed of Highgate, Jean Pickering and husband Dave of Highgate, Wade Lippert and wife Angie of Charing Cross, and Tom Lippert of Alberta. Grandmother of David, Wally, Laurie, Cindy, June, Barb, Larry, Lisa, Linda, Carol, Barb, John, Melanie, Michelle, Mike, Chris, Dominic, Crystal, Josh, Tyler, Mathew, Jamie, and Sarah. Great-grandmother of 34 and great-great grandmother of 11. Sister of Arthur Long of London. Also survived by 1 niece. Predeceased by grandson Terry Mills (1981) and great-grandson Breayden Zoldy (2001). Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Tuesday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Tim Joyce officiating. Interment in Longwood Cemetery, Melbourne. Donations by cheque to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
