Obituary of Rita Gladwish

GLADWISH: Rita Madelyn (Rabideau)- A resident of Chatham and formerly of Windsor, died on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance, at the age of 84. Born in Wallaceburg to the late George & Marguerite (Rose) Rabideau. Beloved wife of the late Donald Gladwish. Loving mother of Sandy & Jack Mifflin of Merlin, Linda Benoit of Chatham, Dan & Rosemarie Dulong of Tilbury, Rick & Clare Dulong of Blenheim, Lee Dulong of Bowan Island, BC, and Fred Dulong of Belleville. Rita will be sadly missed and remembered by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by sisters Elanore Webster of Dresden, Gerry & Art Dechamps of Wallaceburg, Evelyn & Des Van De Velde of Wallaceburg, Cloriss Moorland of London, and Marguerite Lauwereys of Wallaceburg. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street. Funeral Service to be held on Thursday, June 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from the Funeral Home, with Sheila McKinley officiating. Interment at Victoria Cemetery in Merlin to follow. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.
