Obituary of Alice Georgina MacKenzie

MacKenzie: Alice Georgina, a resident of Chatham died peacefully at her home on Sunday June 17, 2007 at the age of 72. Born in Dover Township, daughter of the late Joseph Alex Charles and Philomene (Therrien) King(Roy). Beloved wife of Douglas J. MacKenzie. Dear mother of Cathy & Doug Wilson, Cambridge; Doug J. MacKenzie, Raleigh; Randy & Deb MacKenzie, Chatham and late infant daughter Kelly (1966). Grandmother of Faroth MacKenzie, Rachel Wilson, Cory Wilson, Mathew MacKenzie and Nick MacKenzie. Great Grandmother of Leah. Also survived by one brother and three sisters. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Monday 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Tuesday 12:30-2:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Tuesday June 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Giurin officiating. Interment St. Anthony Cemetery, Chatham. Donations made by cheque to the Red Cross Homemakers or the Bay Shore Home Care appreciated.
