Obituary of Frank Zajdlik

ZAJDLIK, Frank - A resident of Chatham, passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Friday, June 29, 2007. Beloved husband of his dear wife Hilda and devoted father of sons Barry (Guelph), Larry (London), David (Vancouver), and Jason (San Jose, CA). Loving grandfather of Adam, Taylor, Samuel, Kaitlyn, Elise, Liam, Madeleine and Lauren. Survived by brother John (Chatham), sisters Lillian and Mary Lou (Sudbury) and other loving family members. Friends may call at the funeral home, 459 St. Clair Avenue., Chatham from 2 - 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, 2007. A private family ceremony will be celebrated by Father Frank Leslie on Monday, July 2, 2007. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made by cheque, to the Canadian Cancer Society or Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy Canada would be appreciated by the family and may be placed at the funeral home.
