Obituary of Lloyd Thomas

THOMAS: Lloyd Ross. A resident of Ridgetown and formerly of Rondeau, Lloyd R. Thomas passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus on Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at the age of 81. Born in Blenheim, son of the late Frank and Jennie (Ogle) Thomas. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Austin) Thomas for 60 years. Dear father of Mike Thomas of Ridgetown. Grandfather of Michael Thomas and Tawnya of Chatham, and Joel Thomas of Erieau. Great-grandfather of Kylar Thomas. Brother of Hazel Neil of Blenheim, Jack Thomas and Dorothy of Wainfleet, and the late Clarence Thomas, Pearl Pardo, Margaret Wallace, Gordon Thomas, and Ada Eves. Lloyd served overseas during WWII with the Royal Canadian Navy aboard the H.M.C.S. Iroquois. He was a longtime member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #185, Blenheim. Private funeral arrangements.
