Obituary of Claire Emery

EMERY: Mary Claire. A resident of Ridgetown and formerly of Howard Township, Claire Emery passed away at New Beginnings Rest Home, Ridgetown on Monday, September 3, 2007 in her 100th year. Born in Howard Township, daughter of the late James and Mary (Lambe) Hogan. Beloved wife of the late Ray Emery (1973). Dear mother of the late Jim Emery (2006), Donald Emery (1980), and Leo Emery (1938). Sister of the late James Hogan, Francis Hogan, and infant sister Sarah Hogan. Sister-in-law of Margaret Hogan of Ridgetown. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Emery will be fondly remembered by the VanDeHogen family. Mrs. Emery was a faithful member of St. Michael's Church, Ridgetown and a member of the C.W.L. for over 75 years. She farmed all her life in Howard Township with her husband Ray. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Church, Ridgetown on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Paul Duplessie the celebrant.
