Obituary of Audrey Reeve

REEVE: Audrey Jean (Burrell) A resident of Chatham, Audrey Reeve died on Sunday, September 16, 2007, at Riverview Gardens, at the age of 88. Born in Chatham to the late Archibald & Violet (Cobbett) Burrell. Beloved wife of the late Bert Reeve (2003). Loving mother of Alan Reeve (Sandy) of Ft. McMurray, Bruce Reeve of Windsor, Margaret Pennesi (John MacDonald) of Sarnia, Gordon Reeve (Nancy) of Winnipeg, Elizabeth Reeve of Chatham, and Florence Slade (Charles) of Merlin, and predeceased by daughter in-law Millicent Reeve (2003). Audrey will be missed by her 10 grandchildren and her 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by brothers Donald Burrell (Winnifred) of Bramalea, Headley Burrell (Cheryl) of Waterloo, Kenneth Burrell (Barb) of Mississauga, and predeceased by sister Hilda Crane (2004). Sister in-law of Stanley Reeve of Chatham. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham, on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2007, from the Salvation Army Citadel, 46 Orangewood Blvd, Chatham, with Major Scott Rideout officiating. Cremation with interment in Maple Leaf Cemetery to take place at a later date.
