Holek: Joyce, a resident of Chatham died Tuesday September 25, 2007 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham at the age of 79. Born in Dover Township daughter of the late Ernest & Rachel (Cram) Chapple. Beloved wife of Frank Holek, Chatham and the late Carl Alvin Pepper (1966). Dear mother of Gary & Janice Pepper, Chillawack, B.C.; Marlene Kennedy (John), Chatham; Carleton & Julie Pepper, Abbotsford, B.C.; Bradley & Valerie Holek, Ridgetown; Grail & Carol Anne Holek, Wallaceburg; Phillip Holek, Chatham and the late Steven Scott Holek (1978) and Darlene Pepper (1948). Grandmother of 9 Grandchildren. Sister of the late Earl Chapple, Hillyard Chapple, Donald Chapple, Dorothy Chapple and Eva Koczar. Sister-in-law of Thelma Pepper, Verla Ritchie and Marion Chapple all of Chatham. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Friday September 28, 2007 from 2:00-4:30 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Andrew Martin of Emmanuel Baptist Church officiating. Cremation with interment in Pardoville-Union Cemetery at a later date. Donations made by cheque to the Gideon's appreciated.
