Cook; Donald (Don) A.; resident of Chatham went to be with the Lord on Sunday October 7, 2007 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus at the age of 77. Born in Essex, Ontario son of the late Ernest L. and Leona (Moran) Cook. Beloved husband of Helen (Cano) Cook for 60 years. Dear father of Donald J. Cook & his wife Margaret, Chatham and Janice & her husband Randy Blair, Mississauga. Grandfather of Rebecca (Alan), St. Thomas; Katherine (Ken), Chatham and Brian (Sherry), Chatham. Great Grandfather of Isaac. Brother of Marilyn & Brock Sherwin, Mississauga. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 'Remember Don for his laughter and his singing.' A Private Family Service was conducted at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Monday October 8, 2007 with Rev. John Scherer officiating. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
