Obituary of Harvey Rea

REA: Harvey (Nick) Duane Ford. A resident of Blenheim, Harvey (Nick) Rea passed away suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Margaret (Russell) Rea for 40 years. Father of Nancy, Kenneth, Gloria, Wayne, Bonnie, Patricia, Pamela, and step-father of Bonnie, Barrie, Beverly, and Brian. Grandfather of 33 and great-grandfather of 17. Brother-in-law of Garnet Russell, Ernie Russell, Audrey Sherry, and Leslie Russell. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Rea was a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 185, Blenheim and had previously served on the Legion Colour Party. Nick also served as Governor of the Blenheim Moose Lodge for 2 years. He was an Officer of Rea Bookkeeping & Tax Service Inc. where he worked with his wife Margaret for 40 years. He was also an avid boater. A graveside Funeral Service will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim on Monday, October 29, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
