Obituary of Hazel Kennedy

KENNEDY: Hazel. A resident of Ridgetown, Hazel Kennedy passed away at the London Health-Sciences Centre, Westminster Campus on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at the age of 76. Born in Staples, daughter of the late Jules and Yvonne (Cossette) Marchand. Predeceased by her husband Gerald Towsley (1954). Dear mother of Bob Towsley and his wife Sandy of Ridgetown, Bonnie Brown and her husband Mark of Ridgetown, John Towsley and his wife Mickey of Ridgetown, Doug Kennedy and his wife Michele of Newbury, Bryan Kennedy and his wife Bernice of Oro, Mark Kennedy and Sue of Hillsdale, and predeceased by daughter Cheryl Ann Kennedy (1963). Grandmother of 14, and great-grandmother of 15. Sister of Bea Hollinger of Toronto, Helen and Bob Cunningham of Toronto, Belle and Ken Webster of Leamington, Hank and Louine Marchand of Windsor, the late Buster Marchand and his wife Phyllis of London, and the late Eugene Marchand and his wife Rose of Windsor. Also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Friday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Ridgetown on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown.
