Mitchell, Larry A.: A resident of Chatham and formerly of Aylmer, Larry A. Mitchell died at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at the age of 74. Born in Aylmer, son of the late Verne and Ada (Anger) Mitchell. Beloved husband of Mary (Secka) Mitchell for 43 years. Loving father of Lisa and Jonathan Horney of Chatham. Grandfather of Joshua and Kirsten Horney. Brother of Marlene Wilson of Aylmer, Wayne Mitchell of North Carolina and the late Sheila Wood. Brother-in-law of Annie Secka of Chatham, Bob Wood of Aylmer and the late George Wilson. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2007 from the Funeral Home with Pastor Andrew Martin officiating.
