MOORE, Robert (Bob) E.: A resident of Chatham, Robert (Bob) E. Moore died at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus, on Monday, November 19, 2007 at the age of 70. Born in Chatham, son of the late Richard A. and Josephine M. (Rose) Moore. Loving companion of Gladys Wencel. Loving father of Dwain Moore of London and grandfather of Christopher Moore. Brother of Shirley Rankin and her late husband Gerald, of Texas, Eleanor and Jim Parkyn of Chatham, Patrick and Betty-Jean Moore of Chatham and the late Elmer Moore. Brother-in-law of Marnie Moore of Chatham. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Bob was a member of Branch #28, Royal Canadian Legion. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday from 2:00-4:30 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 22, 2007 from the Funeral Home with Rev. Susan Jolley officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Cancer Society appreciated.
