BRADLEY: Robert Sigler. A resident of Dover Township, Robert Sigler Bradley passed away suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the age of 89. Born in Chatham, son of the late Bruce and Marjory (Sigler) Bradley. Beloved husband of the late Mary C. (Keil) Bradley (1994). Cherished father of Robert Bruce Bradley and his wife Cathie Doher Bradley, Brock Bradley, and Heather Bradley, all of Dover Township. Loving friend of Vi Jones. Much loved grandfather of Tyler & Tara, Tanner & Corine, Trent & Mary, Jennifer, Stephanie, Lauren, Jessica & Doug, Melissa & Wallace, and Bob. Great-grandfather of Savannah, Sienna, Kiera, and Christina. Brother of David Allen Bradley of Dover Township and his late wife Margaret, and John Dewey Bradley and his wife Mary Alice of Dover Township. Robert was a veteran of World War II who served in the Kent Regiment, the Essex Scottish, and the Essex and Kent Scottish Regiments. For the past four years, he has served as Honourary Lt. Colonel for the Essex and Kent Scottish Regiment. Robert was also a longtime member of Rotary International. Family will receive friends at Christ Church, 80 Wellington St.W., Chatham on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Funeral Service will follow at Christ Church at 11:00 a.m. A reception will immediately follow at the Wheels Inn Ballroom, Chatham. Family interment will take place in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery, Dover Township at a later date. No flowers please. In lieu, donations to the Essex and Kent Scottish Regiment Association, the Chatham-Kent Community Foundation, or charity of choice would be appreciated.
