PIETTE (KEARNS), Maureen E.: A resident of Chatham, Maureen E. Piette died at London Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, December 23, 2007 at the age of 83. Born in Fletcher, daughter of the late David and Gertrude (Gilhuly) Hoy. Beloved wife of the late Mark Kearns (1960) and Albert L. Piette (2005). Loving mother of Carl and Janice Kearns of Windsor and Larry and Denise Kearns of Chatham. Step-mother of Annette and Rick Lannoo of Chatham, Tony and Michelle Piette of Chatham. Grandmother of Mark, Paul and Tiffany, Jeffrey, Laura and Brian, Ian, Tim, Nicole, Aric and Lindsey, Matthew and Michele, Michael and Joey and great-grandmother of Adeline and Hayden. Sister of Angela and Wilson Kerr of Chatham, Bernard and Joan Hoy of Cambridge, John and Dorothy Hoy of Chatham, Loretta Hoy of Chatham and predeceased by Marion Webel, Lenore Drew, Genevieve Drew, Jerome Hoy, Justin Hoy and Vincent Hoy. Sister-in-law of Yvonne Hoy, Alma and her husband Fernand Moreau, Mary Ann Piette and her friend Real, Donat Piette, Maurice Piette, Emile Piette and the late Helen Labreque, Lucy Blais, Julian Piette, Louis Piette and Clara Hoy. Maureen was a parishioner and a member of the C.W.L. of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 28, 2007 from Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Chatham with Rev.
