PENNINGS: William “Bill” A resident of Chatham, Bill Pennings died at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Tuesday December 25, 2007 at the age of 69. Born in Holland, son of the late Joannes & Henrica Maria (VanHoof) Pennings. Dear father of Angela Gamba (Joseph) of Chatham, Rawleigh Pennings (Sharon) of Windsor, Brian Pennings of Chatham, Bruce Pennings (Lu-Ann) of Chatham, and the late Bill Pennings Jr. (1996). Father-in-law of Grace Pennings of Chatham. Loving grandfather of Christopher, John, Rachelle, Christene, Patricia, Chantelle, Bradley, Michael, Sharlene, Marcus, Nicole, Leevi, Kodie, and Dylan. Cherished great grandfather of 6. Brother of Harry Pennings, and Jo Spoormaker, both of Helmond, Holland, and the late John Pennings and Barbara Foolen. Bill worked for Motor Wheel Corporation for many years. He was an avid boater and fisherman.
