COOPER, Lillian: A resident of Chatham, Lillian Cooper died peacefully on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Riverview Gardens, Chatham at the age of 82. Born in Dresden, daughter of the late John and Madge (Fulton) Chesney. Beloved wife of Ronald A. Cooper for 60 years. Loving mother of Kathi Gilbert and her late husband David Gilbert (2000) of Camlachie, Carol and John Carrell of Texas, John Cooper of Charing Cross, and Bob and Lori Cooper of Merlin. Grandmother of Lauren Carrell, Caitlyn Carrell, Casey Gugliotto, Gregory Gilbert, Laine Cooper and Briton Cooper and their mother Beth Cooper. Sister of Jackie and Sid Ward of Blenheim, Don Chesney of Dresden and predeceased by Bill Chesney, Wayne Chesney and Bessie Lindsay. Sister-in-law of Robert and Ethel Cooper of Nova Scotia, Donna Brehaut and her late husband Howard of London, and Ruth and Bill Mann of Ancaster. A Private Family Service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
