Obituary of Mylene Doher

DOHER: On Tuesday February 5, 2008, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, Mylene Angela (Ball) Doher passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Cherished wife of Gerry Doher of Chatham. Beloved mother of Shannon Doher of California; Shawn Doher and Randy Rogers, Sue-Ann Doher-Squazzin and husband John, and Sandee Doher-Steele and husband Brad, all of Chatham. Devoted Nana of Dan Kivell, Sheridan Rogers, Shayne and Spencer Steele, Katrina and Natalie Squazzin, and Shanelle and Zander Bobek. Mylene was born in Chatham on July 4, 1941 to Laura (McIlhargey) Ball of Chatham, and the late John Ball. Loving sister of Joanne Dolson and husband Dave, and sister-in-law of Clare Ball, all of Chatham. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives. She is predeceased by one brother George Michael “Mickey” Ball, and one nephew Mickey Ball. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday February 7, 2008 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ursula’s Catholic Church, 205 Tweedsmuir Avenue West, Chatham on Friday February 8, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev.
