Obituary of Frances Penner

Penner: Frances a resident of Chatham. Frances Penner died Saturday February 9, 2008 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham at the age of 84. Born in Owen Sound daughter of the late Arthur and Nancy (Brown) Tilson. Wife of the late Merrill Penner. Dear mother of Les & Betty Penner, Chatham. Sister of the late Tom Tilson and John Tilson. Aunt of several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Also missed by her special canine friend Kassidy Kate. Friends will be received at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham on Tuesday February 12, 2008 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow with interment in Owen Sound at a later date.
