Van Dyk: Deborah Maria. A resident of R.R.#2, Blenheim, Deborah Van Dyk passed away on Friday, February 22, 2008 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 45 years. Born in Chatham daughter of Olive (De Leeneer) Vandenhende of Blenheim and the late Gilbert Vandenhende (2006). Beloved wife of Adrian F. Van Dyk. Loving mother of Chelsey & Brigan Barlow of Morpeth and Jeremy Stirling of R.R.#2 Blenheim. Step-mother of Nicholas Van Dyk & his fiancee Clara of Toronto and Carmen Van Dyk of Chatham. Grandmother of Lyndon and Oliver Barlow. Dear sister of Ron Vandenhende of R.R.# 4, Blenheim and Jason Vandenhende and fiance Kate of Blenheim. Also surviving is Adrian’s parents Joe and Suzanne Van Dyk of R.R.# 2, Ridgetown. Deborah is also survived by her brother-in-law, Marnius and his wife Carolyn Van Dyk of Guelph, and sister-in-laws Janice Van Dyk of Kingston, Mary & Steve Hajpel of London, and Joan & Alan Jackson of Tupperville. The family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home "Ford Chapel" 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Monday, March 3, 2008 from 2:00-4:30 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 4 at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Greg Mulligan as celebrant. Interment of cremated remains Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations to Breast Cancer or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation appreciated.
