SIMPSON: Donald. Suddenly on Wednesday, April 2, 2008, Donald Reh Simpson of Chatham, at the age of 68, passed away at his son’s home in Windsor. Son of the late Harry (2005) and Adeline (Munn) (2002) Simpson. Predeceased by loving partner Margaret Carson and lifelong friend of B. Carson. Dear father of Jeff and his wife Ann of Windsor, Steven of Simcoe, Dawn Marie of Chatham, and James and Dan of Windsor. Grandfather of Lucas, Jordan, Ashley, Alissa and Austin. Loving brother of Margaret Ellen and her husband Glen of Ridgetown. Don was the favourite uncle of Cheryl of London and Kevin of Oshawa. Don will also be missed by his cat, #1 Cody. Don previously owned and operated Century Silos and was a retiree of Canadian Pacific Railroad (2004). The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Sunday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Alan McIntyre officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations to the O.S.P.C.A., Erie Street United Church, or charity of choice would be appreciated.
