ARNEL: Wilfred “Wilf” A resident of Chatham, Wilfred Arnel died peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday April 8, 2008 at the age of 61. Born in Windsor, son of the late John & Emily (Moynahan) Arnel. Beloved husband of Florence (Bonneau) Arnel. Devoted father of Michelle & Brent Landuyt of Beamsville, Laurie & Darryl Sanderson of Chatham, and Kim & Darryl Lucio of Chatham. Cherished grandfather of Hailee and Spencer Landuyt, Tandis, Cameron, and Jonathan Sanderson, Ty and Hannah Lucio. Dear brother of Mary & Pat Salive, John & Marie Arnel, and Eva & Rosaire Pinsonneault, all of Tilbury, Jim Arnel & Jo-Anne Millyard of Chatham. Predeceased by Walter & Gen Arnel, Pearl Mailhoit, Ethel Arnel, and infant brothers Edward and Clifford. Fondly remembered by brothers and sisters-in-law Archie & Rose Bonneau of Comber, Rose Jeffrey of Alberta, Cecile & Bob Lowrey of Texas, Bernice O’Halloran & Hardy Cohoe of Emeryville, Paul & Debbie Bonneau, and Edna & Jim Larsh, all of Tilbury. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Godfather of Tim VanVeen and Joel Larsh. Wilf retired from Navistar in 2002. He worked the last 5 years at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Friday 2:00-4:30 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 145 Victoria Avenue Chatham on Saturday April 12, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
