VUTSKOS: Peter. A resident of Chatham, Peter Vutskos passed away at Meadow Park Long-Term Care Residence on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at the age of 85. Born in Akrita (formerly Bouf), Florina, Greece, son of the late Steve and Maria Vutskos. Beloved husband of the late Anastasia (Anna) (Gruioff) Vutskos (2006). Dear father of Nick Vutskos and his wife Tula of Chatham, George Vutskos and his wife Brenda of Mississauga, and Tula Moon and her husband Bob of Chatham. Grandfather of Steven Vutskos, Paul and Kim Vutskos, Peter Moon, Jeffrey and Sarah Moon, Alex Vutskos, and Lisa Vutskos. Great-grandfather of Cole, Ariana, Elenna, Shelby, and Tate. Brother of the late Eleni Ioanidou. Peter came to Chatham in 1952 where he took over ownership of the Tasty Lunch Restaurant from his father, and continued to operate the restaurant with his wife Anna for 30 years. Peter was a member of St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church and the Bouf's Mutual Benefit Association of Windsor. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Sunday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held from St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church, 816 Grand Ave. E., Chatham on Monday, April 28, 2008 at 12:30 p.m. Interment in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church, or the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent would be appreciated.
