Chabot: Mary Catherine A resident of Erieau, Mary C. Chabot passed away at the Macassa Lodge in Hamilton on Friday May 30, 2008 at the age of 83 years. Born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, daughter of the late Hugh A. and Margaret A. (MacDougall) MacDonald. Beloved wife of the late Desmond W. Chabot (1994). Dear mother of Corine Chabot of Hamilton, Debbie Chabot of Erieau, Joe & Michelle Chabot of Hamilton, Des & Sheila Chabot of Hamilton, Owen & Roberta Chabot of Hamilton, Kevin Chabot of Hamilton, Michael Chabot of Blenheim and the late Mark Chabot (1984)and infant daughter Mary (1959).. Grandmother of 12 and Great Grandmother of 3. Sister of Roderick McDonald of Antigonish, N.S., Eugene and Martha MacDonald of Lakevale N.S., Eileen and her late husband John Gillis of Antigonish N.S., Elizabeth & Bill Conroy of Scituate, Mass., Valeta & Manny Perdigao of Cohasset Mass., Lucy & Al Perdigao of Centre Harbour N.H., William and his late wife Jessie MacDonald of Vancouver, John & Pat MacDonald of Camino Island, Washington and the late Francis and his surviving wife Maggie MacDonald and Rev. Bernard A. MacDonald. Mrs. Chabot was a parishioner of St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Erieau. The Chabot Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home “Ford Chapel” 141 Park Street Blenheim on Monday June 2, 2008 from 2:00-4:30 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday June 3, 2008 at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Benheim, Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
