Obituary of Edna Cofell

COFELL: Edna Frances. A resident of R.R.#7 Blenheim, Edna Cofell passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at the age of 87. Born in Harwich Township, daughter of the late Harry and Frances (Bridges) Pilbeam. Beloved wife of the late Neil Moore (1972) and the late Harold Cofell (1988). Dear mother of Bill and Helen Moore of R.R.#7 Blenheim, John and Wendy Moore of St. Marys, and the late Marilyn Symons (2000), and Neil Moore (2000). Step-mother of Edward and Donna Cofell of Mull, and Glen and Lorraine Cofell of Mull. Grandmother of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sister of Jean and Allan Connolly of Elmsvale, and the late Lloyd Pilbeam, Louis Pilbeam (Norma), and Mac Pilbeam. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Cofell was a Past Noble Grand of the Blenheim and Ridgetown Rebekah Lodges. She was also a member of Blenheim United Church. A Family Graveside Service will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim with Rev. Wanda Burse officiating. Donations in Edna's honour to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
