GILLESPIE: Joanne. A resident of R.R.#4 Thamesville, Joanne Gillespie passed away at the Village Retirement Residence, Ridgetown on Monday, August 4, 2008 at the age of 62. Born in St. Catharines, daughter of the late Blake and Beulah (Farnsworth) Sherk. Beloved wife of Foster Gillespie for 31 years. Dear mother of Scott Gillespie and his wife Lisa of Taber, Alberta, Dave Gillespie of R.R.#4 Thamesville, and Ryan Gillespie of Waterford. Sister of Nancy Sherk of Hamilton. Sister-in-law of John Gillespie of London. Aunt of John Gillespie of Ripley, and Beverly Gillespie of Ottawa. Family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Wednesday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Funeral Home on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown.
