Obituary of Ruby Lillian Flynn

Flynn: Ruby Lillian A resident of Ridgetown, Lillian Flynn passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance-Chatham Campus on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at the age of 74. Born in Harwich Township daughter of the late Emerson and Grace Dick. Beloved wife of the late Robert George Flynn (1999). Dear mother to Heather and Bruce Burrell of Ridgetown, Tony and Barbara Flynn of Thamesville. Predeceased by her son Dennis Patrick Flynn (2003). Proud grandmother to Aaron Burrell and his wife Mary, Megan Connell and her husband Aaron, Michael Flynn, Steven Flynn and great-grandmother to Brooke and Ethan Burrell. Sister to Reg and Doris Dick, Edsel Dick, Ruth and Fred Lapp, Charlotte and Gary Van Neck, Archie Dick, Homer and Shirley Dick, Phyllis and Bob Bayley. Lillian was a Seamstress for many years and was an active member of the Erie Street United Church in Ridgetown. She will also be dearly missed by her fellow Women of the Moose in Chatham. Family and friends will be received at the Funeral Home at 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 2-4:30 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Women of the Moose service to be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral Service to be held in the Funeral Home on Friday, August 29, 2008 at 11 a.m. Rev. Judith Fayter officiating. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Erie St. United Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
